Paella in Los Cristianos

At Sal Negra, in Los Cristianos, our house paella is the Paella de pescado y mariscos Sal Negra, a fish and seafood paella made for sharing. We serve it for two people (minimum 2 pax) for €45, and you can enjoy it on our sea-view terrace.

How to order it

The paella, the seafood rice and the lobster rice are prepared for a minimum of two people. If you are dining alone, the courgette and prawn rice and the risotto are also served as single portions. While the rice is on its way, the menu has seafood starters such as garlic prawns (€14.00) or queen scallops (€14.00); to go with it, white wines such as Tajinaste Blanco, a Listán Blanco from La Orotava (€31), or the Viña Almirante albariño (€32).
